As a resident of North Carolina for the past 20 years, I am well acquainted with the real estate market and communities of the South Charlotte region, which spills into Union County and across the border into South Carolina. I also have 11 years of experience in custom home building where I have assisted over 100 homebuyers with downsizing, right sizing, aging in place, and multigenerational living.
